Thank you for choosing Aurora (the “App”). Protecting your privacy is central to our mission of helping you organise your life without compromising your data.
Quick summary
• We only collect the data we need to make the App work.
• You can delete your account—and all data—at any time, in‑app or via email.
• We never sell your personal information.
1. Who we are
FutureTick (“we”, “our”, “us”) is the data controller under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

Note: All user data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption, managed via Azure’s built-in security.
5. International transfers
Where data leaves the UK/EU, we rely on SCCs or an ICO-approved equivalent. Copies are available on request.
6. Data retention

7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR/EU GDPR you can:

- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restrict or object to processing in some cases
- Receive data in a portable format
- Complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) or your local DPA

8. Security measures
- All traffic is TLS 1.3-encrypted
- Infrastructure and storage are hosted on secure UK Azure servers
- Access to data is restricted to authorised staff with role-based permissions and regular audit logging
9. Children
The App is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes in-app and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance.
